O2 Xphone II - The Brand Name Effect
Thanks to the success in UK, O2 has been the most popular Microsoft Smartphone brand here in Hong Kong. Like O2 Xphone
previously launched, O2 Xphone II was designed and manufactured by the Taiwan HTC. It is the modified version of the highly-rated HTC Typhone (Dopod 565), yet the design had also been improved.
O2 Xphone II is one of the members in the HTC-Windows Mobile 2003 SE-family. It's inner version is HTC Feeler, which is the
same as Dopod 565 in Taiwan and the big hit SPV C500 in UK. The control buttons have been user-friendlier compared with SPV
C500. The Home Screen and Exit button have been enlarged, and the joystick is very comfortable. The phone also has a built -in 300k pixels camera, and the mirror is located just below it. Similar to O2's latest Pocket PC XDA IIs, the phone is black
in colour. With the smallest dimension compared with other Symbian or Linux smart phones and the tempting black coloured
design, the phone is suitable for executives looking for high end gadgets.
