Panasonic X77 Tough Phone

Many people would find most handsets by Panasonic are mainly for female users market. Examples like GD88 and X88 are quite feminine in terms of design. The release of X77 may be a move towards male users market. X77 can be said as a masculine variation of the slim X66. X77 is made of some plastic-like material, with 4 bolts to have the red or white rubber fixed at the front side. Regarding this, Panasonic describes it as "Tough Phone", which is specially designed for outdoor use. However, there was no official information on whether it is water-proof, shock-proof or dust-free.

Specifications of Panasonic X77 is the same as that of X66, adopting 65K colour STN screen (128 x 128 resolution), built-on 100K pixels CMOS camera, as well as self-portrait mirror and IrDA port.
